1. Interview with Recruiter for 30min 2. Home task, took around 4-6h. Make a GraphQL request, display results and add search functionality, cover with tests. 3. Technical interview, JS and React questions mostly. Both Product Manager and Lead Engineer were proper poker faces, not great soft skills, just asked questions from laptop, no discussions, no small talk, nods nor smiles. Interview process until 3rd round took about 4 weeks. After the technical interview was supposed to heard back within 3 days, never did. The recruiter sent me a message saying they are still in the process and will let me know in additional 4 days. Never did. Reached out to them and they said they are not filling the position currently, but here is a frontend position for another team, do another home task. I had spent 10h on them already and asked if I could have the previous task taken into account as the tech stack between teams was very similar. Never heard back from them. Super annoyed, really liked the company, a no would have been enough also, but keeping me on hold like this is really disrespectful.
