I got a call from a headhunter to appear for an interview. It was a group panel interview with 3 people. The interview started on an unwelcome note (without any pleasantries - asked to give your introduction), as they have been forced to take an interview by someone. The interviewers were asking impractical questions, probably just to check the temperament of the candidate. It's difficult to understand why even they called a person much senior in the role of doing the work of a normal test consultant. They had certain prejudice in mind over my qualifications and work experience as they were asking the same questions again and again as if they didn't listen to me in the first place. The only good thing which came out of this discussion that HR quickly told me that you didn't qualify for the technical round, It would have been my nightmare if I had to work for these people in the future.
