Long and dishonest interview process, The longest phase is a take-home assignment, which they grade using Greenhouse ATS software. The whole process was dishonest and disrespectful to the applicants' time, even when the answers to the assignment were triple-checked and no AI was used, they still claim the answers to be wrong and have detected the use of AI up to 80%. Also, the instructions stated that the time required for reviewing the submission could take up to 1 week but when the submission was sent on friday late at night the feedback from the submission was already done on monday, meaning it probably wasn't checked by a human being in the first place (hypocritical when condemning AI use if you ask me). Lastly, when asking for more professional feedback other than "Definitely not" and saying answers were wrong without elaborating, they refused to provide any arguments or useful feedback. Overall, an unprofessional and dishonest interviewing process.
