Overall the process was lengthy HOWEVER I know why. Yipit wants to make sure they hire the best possible fit for the role. I, myself, was having issues conceptualizing the sales processes and the financials - I have had very limited exposure to all the different types of funds and the investment side of the business. I felt that Jess and Polly did a great job preparing the materials and answering questions. You will get honest feedback so be prepared for the good the bad and the ugly. YipitData managers are not going to hire anyone that they feel will not be successful in the role. I did not make the final cut because of my mock call. During the mock call I was too unfamiliar with the exact sales role I was "filling".
I rated this interview "difficult" because of the time invested into the interview process. I spent several hours researching and then more actually completing the exercise.
