Atleast 3 rounds of interview were done and you are judged on different criterias at different levels. Like in 1st round I was being judged on my product and process knowledge thoroughly, in 2nd round it was a combination of aptitude questions and general knowledge and for the last round I was being judged as a person or human behavior for a certain set of questions
