2 stages: 1. Teams 2. On site with head of Technical, Factory Manager and afterwards the other managers. 2nd stage required to prepare 20 minutes presentation and this took me some time to prepare. This was not respected by the company as no feedback for 4 weeks, when was told next week you will hear from us. Very disappointing, was very excited about this company but has changed my mind.
