Yazaki being a big leader in its industry does not have that desired work culture or environment in its pune office. Very poor office. Lack of coordination between people. Interview process took long idle time. Management staff who interviewed was very exhausted and seemed overburdened. Didn't expect that environment from a Japanese co though.
