I applied online. I had two interviews by phone and one on-site interview. Proccess take a lot of time. More than 3 months. On the on-site interview, I had to prepare a presentaion about me and my qualifications. They asked me the type of voltage, resistance and current (V=I*R) . Also they brought me a mega harness and I had to explain what I am seeing and what is the function of its part (connector, protection, clips).
