Once I applied it only took a few days to hear back from the hiring manager. After we chatted for a good 30 minutes, he invited me to do an assessment which was timed for what I believe was an hour. The next day I got an email back asking when we could set up an interview with the hiring manager and two other employees. The interview itself was an hour and while it wasn’t “hard”, they definitely asked some questions that seemed like this was more than an entry level position. I genuinely thought I would be a good candidate as I had Yardi experience along with customer service and multi family but it’s been almost four weeks since I had the interview and I was unfortunately ghosted. While I understand the job market is extremely competitive- not getting a response from anyone is almost worse than getting rejected.
