It was a conversation, not really an interview. There was a lot of talking about the company, it's growth, etc. And the manager described the position, the team and generally tried to sell me on the position. There was very little required from me. Based on my experience I fit the job qualifications.

Entrevista
I was actually hired by ISTA North America, a utility billing vendor that was aquired by Yardi in 2012. I interviewed with the hiring manager and another project manager in that department. A second interview followed with the VP of Operations.
