First had a phone screening with a recruiter where we just figured out what position I should interview for. Then we set up my in person exam (which I don’t even think I did well on), and then I had my interview. It was actually 3 separate interviews that were each a half an hour, so there are multiple groups that can choose you to join their team. Everyone was welcoming and friendly, making the process easy and less stressful than other interviews.
