Multiple steps. Long wait times to hear back and sometimes jobs are cancelled and reposted. Can be a frustrating process but worth it to hang in there for benefits and job security.

I received a request for an interview about a week after being forwarded to the hiring manager. I had my second interview 4 business days later and then I was ghosted for 3 weeks before receiving an automated rejection email. Left a bad taste because usually I get a personalized rejection with feedback after getting so far. They ignored my two emails with follow up questions even though they said please email with any questions.
