Started with HR Recruiter reaching out and doing a pre-qualification interview to make sure I was a good fit for the position. After speaking with HR, I was introduced to the hiring manager. This interview was conducted via Skype. Since the organization is global, you will more than likely have an interview conducted over Skype. After speaking with the hiring manager, I was interviewed by a team member. This interview was not too long and was very informative. After interviewing with a team member, I spoke with the Senior Director of the department. After receiving Senior Director's approval, I met with hiring manger once more. Within a few days, HR reached out with a formal offer. The company is determined to find the best candidate, and they are very thorough in their interview/hiring process.
