Negative for the the lack of feedback, overall length for the role and HR attitude. First step was a Phone interview with a HR intern. Average, about 1h, positive interview. 2 weeks later second step was with 3 managers, without HR. About 2h, positive. Even if I was told I would have get a feedback very soon, this came only 3 weeks later with a call asking just "Are you still interested?". Another useless call 3 weeks later and in the end after 2 months after 2nd step, I had an assessment, working with them for 4h. That experience was on something different from previous interview subjects, even if interesting. I received very poor negative feedback after other 2 weeks, only after asking for news.
