A recruiter reached out via LinkedIn and asked me to complete the application on their careers page. I had a 1 hour screener with the recruiter via Zoom followed by 45 minutes with the hiring manager. The true interview comes after you pass the hiring manager and it's extensive. I had five additional rounds of interviews via zoom over several days. The additional rounds included the department VP, a technical interview, HR, a potential colleague & a potential direct report, as well as the head of sales and potential peer. All in there were 7 rounds of interviews over a 4-6 week period. The recruiting team was amazing throughout the process and their recruiter i worked with took the time to spend 30 minutes preparing me for each interview and explain why they were involved in the process.
