Very informal which is nice. More of a casual get to know you type approach but if things get serious the business type(s) get involved and start asking essay questions. They have you take a personality profile which is supposed to tell them everything they need to know about who you are but its a joke. A bunch of words on two pages and then some magic algorithm figures you out.
