I applied initially for the fall of 2012 and was selected for an interview with the internship coordinator. My lack of experience, coupled with technical difficulties over Skype, meant that I didn't get an initial job offer. I applied again for the Summer of 2013 and went to the office in person and met with the internship coordinator, who remembered me. We had a really great conversation, then I met with two account executives who I would be working directly under and received a job offer within two business days.
