Simply put -- it was horrendous and unprofessional. 5 interviews over 4 months. Picked my brain on how to do things. Finally received a call from the CEO who advised he wanted me to join. Instead of providing an offer, he asked what I was looking for. I provided my number and he advised it was higher than they planned but could get me there with bonus. We scheduled a call to discuss the details. On the day of the call he advised that he couldnt make the appointment but would call me the following week. After following up 3 times with no response I gave up.
