Got call from recruiter consultancy and had Two technical interview with offshore lead/Manager(March 2021) and then 1 round with onshore person. I have been told that I have been selected only HR discussion is pending. Consultancy person asked me to submit document also which I did.
After 2 weeks Consultancy people informed that Xylem has filled the position internally(They Might have selected some other candidate).
But After a month (April 2021) I got a call from same consultancy stating that , person selected by Xylem has backed out and Xylem want to consider my profile If I am still interested. I said yes I am interested so after 1 week I had my last HR round.
After my HR interview ,I did not here back anything from Xylem.
This was the worse interview process I have experienced in my Life.
