They put "Junior" in the job title, but they were actually looking for mid-senior level candidates, just paying less. The first stage was a technical task, which involved writing a bot. Then, you're invited to an interview with a guy, who asks questions as if it's an exam. He doesn't even tell you whether your answers are correct or not. On top of that, they expect the candidate to describe how they would architect their system, as if they were looking for a Senior Lead Architect. He promised to give feedback within 14 days, but it's been 4 months, and they ghosted me. I found a job at a better place, but this interview was the WORST of my entire career.
