The first stage was a three hour test which contained random english and math questions. The priority was speed over anything else. I felt like the questions had nothing to do with the job at hand and was too time consuming and mentally draining. I don't think I did well but apparently I did better than others.
The second stage was basically questions that are mentioned in other reviews. I nailed those and made it to the final stage.
The last stage is where I got destroyed. Nothing went my way. I think the manager asked questions which exposed my lack of understanding in topics. I learned from that experience but now that I made it to the last stage and with that super long test in the first stage I wasn't happy about that. I will say the question are fair and it's my fault.
I will mention that Xpressdocs does have a history with issues retaining people due to management. They openly admit it. During Covid times and entry level positions are generally a war to get into, so it would be a choice if you're starting out-but I wouldn't look into this place if I had a year or two of experience.

Was immediately asked to take an aptitude test. You were not allowed to use any outside sources, and your interviewer was monitoring your progress silently. You were allowed to ask questions regarding technical difficulties, but not the exam itself.
It contained random bits of mathematics, pattern recognition, and the odd trivia-like questions (like American culture or WWII facts).
After the exam was over, the interview ended without any traditional back-and-fourth correspondence. If there was a secondary interview to cover this part, I did not get the chance to make it past that point.
