All through zoom, very last minute not a lot of notice fragmented and arranged by different people at varying stages. Friendly staff but not very cohesive. Strange requests but some information given

I liked the idea you had to put a specific phrase in your application for them to determine if you had actually read the job advert. Their reviews and website looked promising. Felt like an awesome company. After resume was accepted next stage was relaxed phone call. Easy going and very welcoming. General questions and conversation Next was an interview with the potential new boss. More general conversations and questions about my history of work. A Task was put forward which I had to prepare for the next interview. Go through my work and explain. This is where it fell down. I did all the work but no communication after that. No emails, phone calls or return communications. After finally getting onto the HR guy again he said I had stopped communicating. Funny since there were no more emails or phone calls from them. In other words they forgot about me. I found out the manager quit along with another manager and they had promoted someone internally into the position. Pretty average situation from me and the company went from an awesome prospect to a bullet dodged.
