I have applied through their careers webpage. Long time after that their recruitment team reached out and I had a call with with the recruiter. There was supposed to be then a call with the hiring manager, another round as I understand with the hiring team

Walk through the experience and discuss the key aspects of the role
The recruiter talked about the flexibility of the role location which had 4 locations in the job add. Few days after the call when following up with him I was sent a rejection email stating that the hiring team is only hiring in Bucharest. So I wonder if that is the case, why lie in the job description and during the first call about the flexibility of the role location?
Such a waste of time and such a poor experience.
Xperi is definitely not something that I would recommend given the highly unprofessional approach and the lack of integrity
