Unprofessional behavior from Interviewer. 1. Initial call with HR to collect ctc details 2. 1st round with a product manager. I started call with my camera on, turned off my camera as interviewers camera was off. Then he forced me turn my camera on and when I said I am not able to view his video he was irritated. He asked some random questions and frequently interrupted during my answers. Arrogant behavior, does not know how to speak. If you are interviewing someone it does not mean you are a boss. 3. I tried to be calm during the interview so that I can interact with someone senior in the next round but No update after this discussion. 1. HR must join interview calls to avoid unprofessional behavior by interviewer. 2. Arrange interview with a qualified interviewer otherwise good candidates removed early in the process. 3. Teach Interviewer some basic attricates.
