Interview process was unprofessional. Was supposed to have a scheduled interview to discuss role initially and was not contacted by the team. They did not respond to rescheduling the interview after missing it and went silent. Haven't had experienced this before, this was a first from a company.

Great screening call but was told there would be two shifts available, a day and an evening shift. After all the interviews went by, a few weeks later at the final interview, I was told there was only an evening shift. Which was not right for me. They need to communicate with each other better to not mislead candidates.

Be careful, they will ask you a "trick question" and ask you to basically trash talk your prior employer. Don't answer that.
