Unprofessional and haphazard interview process. After my first screening call, the recruiter called back to schedule the next round and then proceeded to ask me more questions that they "forgot to ask" initially. I went through 2 more rounds of interviews which included being onsite for 3 hours, and then received an automated rejection email that is sent to every candidate who submits a resume. Considering the significant time and energy I invested in their interview process, I felt this was completely unacceptable. I would not have accepted an offer anyway because I saw numerous red flags during the process that pointed to a toxic & overworked environment.

I spoke with a talent associate who was far too energetic to be legitimate. It seemed as if she was simply going through the process, not listening to my responses to her questions, but in the end, speaking emphatically about me continuing in the process and that she would follow up with me. Two days later, I was informed by email that I was not a good fit. It smacked of "check the box, be sure we speak with at least one person of color in the process".
