      Envié una solicitud electrónica. El proceso duró 3 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Xerox (Bolingbrook, IL) en ene 2016

      Entrevista

      First after applying, I got phone call for phone screen test for the position. Asked about meeting job description of past customer service and where you heard about this position. Then they will set you for computer test to be taken at their facility a day later. It was a typing test and there were total of three parts. The first part is tutorial of taking customer's catalog order and dealing with different customer responses and fulfilling their orders through hearing them in headset. The other two tests are typing test where they test for your WPM and type as many words as possible before time runs out. If you failed the test you will not get interview, if you pass they will schedule you the interview for final process. Then they will schedule for the interview the same day or next if there are lot of other applicants there. In the interview they expect fulltime and overtime, no issue with that or you won't get the job...... second they will test you of social media you partake in and past experience and a random role playing scenario.... at this point I failed.... so if you passed they would sent the interview data to hiring manager and then schedule for another face-to-face interview and pass that one they would do background check and make you take drug testing and they give you manual and set up training and go further on the position. So overall dress professionally in business casual or above, have hard copy of resume, prepare for the position fully, and show up on time.
