I was interviewed back to back at a job hiring fair. The first interview was with a junior VP in the Xerox group that had the job opening. He asked me general questions about myself, education, and training. The second interview was with the QA Director for the Xerox group. He asked me some questions about my experience, how much I was looking to make, and then offered me the job.
