It was very relaxed, it was a three stage interview but it didn't feel formal, it felt like a chat with potential employers and it was nice. First interview was a telephone interview with HR (PX as they're known here) Second was with the team leaders, they were really friendly and welcoming, they wanted to know more about me with only one or two basic technical questions. Third interview was with who would become my team leader, he pretty much wanted to see if I would fit in with the team and company culture.
