There were four questions in Video Interview for graduate program. For each one, ten minutes for preparing and two minutes for recording, but just can be recorded once. As I remenber, one of four question was why you would like to join Xero, and what do you want to learn form Xero.

Automated. Technical test was way over the level usually expected of a graduate, and behavioural interview was automated with only 2 mins to answer a question. Got cut off a couple of times while answering.

Joined the online interview. 6 online interview questions. 2 minutes preparation time for each question. 2 minutes for recording each response. More questions but less preparation time than last year.
