Over the course of 6 weeks I met with 6 people (7, if counting the initial recruiter phone screen). Deeper into the process they provided a vague customer profile and requested I prepare a mock QBR presentation (over a holiday weekend). After this was completed, I interviewed with a handful of other people at the company. However, after all of those interviews, I was never contacted directly by the company when they decided to go with another candidate - I had to reach out to the recruiter on my own. While I still find their product very interesting, the process and the lack of direct communication at the end definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.

2nd call with hiring manager. Quite standard interview questions and pleasant discussion on experience and general Xeneta business.
Straight forward process and smooth communication overall.
