Had a few conversations with manager and team. They didn't seem to have an idea of what the position was and were pretty relaxed about the questions. Very easy interview.
But got a call from HR saying there was confusion on the requirements and they preferred someone with a PHD. I got the impression they didn't have their stuff together.
