Provide operational support to Salesforce and various managed packages installed on the Salesforce platform
- Provide operational support to various systems integrated with Salesforce, including ERP, Web and Mobile Apps, and Telematics
- Write Apex code, JavaScript code, and Lightning components for custom apps built on top of the Salesforce platform
- Partner with a growing team of internal developers, as well as external firm(s), to meet business needs
- Provide on-call and overnight support when necessary
