Pros: Efficient initial contact via headhunter. Cons: While the technical tasks were reasonable, the interpersonal aspect was lacking. The interviewers maintained a scrutinizing and unfriendly attitude throughout the session. The biggest issue, however, was the total lack of follow-up. Once the process was over, they went completely silent. No rejection letter, no feedback, just ghosting.
