Before the first round - a phone call with HR, they specifically ask you to research the company and memorize company values, but after a call, they decide that you don't have enough experience with relevant technologies. So you have to invest your time before they check your relevance. Their schedule was busy and you have to wait 2 weeks to know that your experience is not relevant (in some companies with similar positions my experience is ok, but not here). And why does anyone need to know your company values before working there? Also, nobody uses phones in 2024 anymore (use Google Meet, etc). The first step of the interview process shows how little they value applicants.
