I did way to many interviews with different people, some that were leaving the company, some didn’t show up to the interviews and we had to reschedule. I asked the recruiter for feedback and she ghosted. I would suggest not wasting candidates time.
Interview with other HR Managers, interview with HR Director and HR, VP over the course of 3 weeks. Then an on site tour which lasted about 2 hours, then more q and a with in site leaders.

Describe a time when you solved a challenge using innovation.
Was scheduled for a virtual interview but no one from XPO showed up. Sat in the virtual waiting room for 15 minutes. Never received an apology or any communication from them since.
