The interview started with a handshake with Hr rep named debbie who looks like she had too much alcohol the night before ask me bout my self gave her my resume & told her the experience i had working with warehouse then she started to ask me things like if i was applying for NASA or a company that requires 15 years of hard studying didn't felt like staying for end of interview so i just let her finish her non professional interview offer me a position but i declined if that's how is going to be on a interview i could just imagine working for them.

You go through a receptionist. Someone greets you and walks you into one of their empty office areas to start the interview. My experience was very professional, simple and fast.

I was asked to describe my competencies in the warehouse/logistics field. This was good, because it allowed me to describe abilities relevant to other, better jobs than the one for which I applied, of which I was not aware. It must be said about XPO: candidates considered for one position are not strictly considered for only that position.

Was referred by an agency and then went straught to the XPO offices and was interviewed by the person who would be my manager. Did a quick tour of what would be my work station, the jobs available, and what my starting position would be. After that I was given a more formal interview and after I was offered the job.
