I recently attended an interview with XL Dynamics for the Junior Analyst position, and I would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, there was no proper job description provided initially, which made it difficult to understand the role's expectations and responsibilities. During the interview process, there was an essay test scheduled on a specific date. I had to wait for a long time before the test started, which was quite inconvenient. Moreover, considering that the position involves night shifts, I inquired about transportation facilities. However, I did not receive a satisfactory response regarding this crucial aspect. Overall, the lack of clear communication and logistical support left me with a less-than-positive impression of the interview process.
