2-step interview process (same day)
1. On-site test for 3 hours. You'll be given a coding question and you have to design your entire solution and test it in this time frame.
2. Face-to-face interview with a mix of technical questions and behavioural questions

When asked what the function of the team I belonged to during my internship was, I explained what I understood of it. I was told that that's not what a team with that title should be doing :S
