Interview process went on over 3 months—and I was told they actually skipped over the first part of the process. The 3 people I spoke with over the course of 4 zoom interview were all super nice, but they also required a lot of work for free or low pay just to see “if you’re really a good fit.” Around the 4 month mark I was offered a position elsewhere and thanked them for the opportunity, and they said that it was a shame because it was towards the end of the process, and it was down to just me an the other person — but if after 3 months you can’t give me a yes or no, I’m going with the company that can.
