was called by the H R deparment and did a phone interview . then meet the area manager on site for a two hour interview ... Then had a interview with the sales director and head of training and development

Good interview process the then area manager was professional and knew what questions to ask. He obviously had a vast amount of experience. The MD came to the store whilst I was there and just walked into the interview. His name Armando. Seemed genuine shows how first impressions can be wrong. Interview lasted 1 hour. Got offered job 2 or 3 days later.
