I went through a recruiter screen, hiring manager interview, and a case study round with a PM and engineering manager — all of which felt thoughtful and substantive. The case study was engaging and I enjoyed the conversation, though I'd note that it assumed fairly deep familiarity with Wrapbook's product going in. If you're interviewing, do your homework on the platform in detail beforehand. My one piece of constructive feedback: if there are specific experience areas the team is evaluating, asking directly for examples would help candidates surface the right stories. I received a very professional post-interview email outlining what went well and where they felt I had gaps — which I genuinely appreciated. However, I had strong relevant experience in those exact areas and simply hadn't thought to bring them up unprompted given the flow of the conversation. That said, the fact that they followed up with detailed feedback at all says a lot about the company's culture and respect for candidates. Wrapbook seems like a genuinely great place to work and I'd encourage anyone to apply.
