I had an interview experience that left me a bit concerned. The hiring manager appeared distracted throughout the conversation and didn’t seem fully engaged. It felt like my responses weren’t being actively listened to, which made it difficult to have a meaningful discussion about the role. While the opportunity itself sounded interesting, the lack of attentiveness gave a poor impression of the interview process and overall communication. I would have appreciated a more focused and professional interaction.

Smooth process, got 2 stage interview done within 2 days. Was asked alot of competency based questions in the first interview and was called back right away to come in again the 2nd day. Was given good insights into the company and the culture.
