Brought me in for an interview which was an HR assistant asking basic background questions. Interview was short with basic questions about previous work experience and ability to work with others and in varying conditions.

A nice woman from Ohio called me on the phone and basically asked me questions based on my resume and scheduled an in person interview. The in person interview was when they fibbed and told me the mandatory overtime wasn't forever. It was with two people separately an HR rep and the supervisor of the department you'd be working in.
