ABSOLUTELY ABYSMAL EXPERIENCE with recruitment. I did not speak to a recruiter once before the final interview. I had to constantly reach out to recruiters to have someone contact me to discuss literal basic information about the role - salary expectations, working policies etc and was getting met with silence. Absolutely shocking experience!
