One of the most personable interview experiences, would recommend!
Process took place in a number of steps:
1) Application - Pretty average application through Workday
2) Online Assessment (Like an IQ test)
3) Screening Call with HR - Very personality based, they asked questions along the lines of: "Tell me about a time you did this..."
I could tell the interviewer was more focused on discovering me and how my values align with Worldpay which was a brilliant change of pace.
4) Assessment Center
Assessment day was hosted in the Worldpay London office which was a great way to get candidates excited about the opportunity,
Incredible Office!
The day was split into a number of activities:
Group Exercise (1 hour) - very similar to others I have done, they used the Workday framework (most companies use this).
We were split into groups of 3 and were tasked to solve a company issue, there was about 4-5 managers/HR people assessing us throughout.
1-on-1 interview (45 mins)
Interview with hiring manager, questions mostly focused on soft skills rather than technical questions
Lunch / Networking with last year's Graduates - Great to meat the team and catch a vibe of the culture.
Presentation (1-on-1 with a different hiring manager)
Loved this part! We were asked to prepare a 10 minute presentation on a recent cyber breach that interested us, I tried my best to make the presentation fun and engaging and my interviewer loved it!
We went well over the time limit for this exercise chatting about cloud computing and the future of tech, love the personable touch :)
Overall a great experience and was delighted to receive an offer
