The whole hiring process at World First has been an excellent experience. I had done a few interviews around the same time, but they were the only company where I really felt they wanted to get to know me as a person as well as an employee. Many of the questions were competency based.
The phases went as follows:
* Initial phone interview with someone from HR: ~15 min. screening interview, mainly to go through my resume.
* First Stage interview: face-to-face interview with HR rep. and Senior Customer Service exec.
* Second Stage interview: face-to-face interview with Customer Service Team Leader and Manager.
Final piece of advice to future applicants: Definitely make sure you do your research about the company and the world of Foreign Exchange. Not having experience isn't a deal breaker, as long as you are able to showcase your enthusiasm for the company and your knowledge about the sector.
