The interview was structured as a comprehensive panel session comprising of four to five competency-based questions, a format that aligns with the standard practice observed in interviews conducted by the World Food Programme (WFP)

Applied online and was reached out to about a month later for a written test. Interview was conducted a few weeks after that. It was a panel interview with three interviewers, one of them being my future manager. All questions referred to the vacancy description.
