I applied online and the process took two weeks. I was invited to do an online aptitude test using the i-mocha platform, followed by a panel interview one week later.
The Interview followed the competency based interview method, with a panel of 5 members. the interview consisted of 4 main questions and then during the process, some panel members asked follow-up questions to clarify the answers. this took place after a written technical test that relates for the role.
