First, submit your application online. Second, make an automatic video interview. Third, HR will do a background interview with you. Finally, your managers will make case interviews with you. The HR is extremely nice and my managers are friendly and easygoing.

The HR will talk to you first about some basic questions. Then the members from the team you apply for ask several questions about yourself. Basically it is a self introduction at the beginning, then some questions about your CV, and then some questions like how to deal with an imagined situation.
